Oggi la chiesa cattolica rimane fortemente gerarchica e androcratica. Dio è maschio e le donne non possono accedere a nessun gradino del ministero. L’archetipo della Dea Madre viene proiettato in Maria, idealizzata a figura sottomessa al volere di Dio (e dell’uomo). E’ necessario demolire tale figura affinché Dio possa tornare una Madre onnipresente ma impotente. INTEGRITÀ O INTEGRALISMO? – INTEGRITY OR INTEGRALISM?

Che differenza c’è fra un sistema di valori radicale-integrale e uno rigido-integralista? O fra lettura integrale ed integralista di uno stesso sistema di valori? La differenza è simile a quella fra ideale e ideologia e consiste nel rovesciamento dei ruoli di ‘Fine’ e ‘Mezzo’. Il Vangelo non è un’ideologia che giustifica le ambizioni e le aspettative di potere di alcuni gruppi esclusivi.
